Will This Be 1:1 Coaching?

No, this will be a 14 day challenge where you follow along with exact workouts, calories, cardio, and we will be checking in periodically throughout.

The program is already made because we know it will get you results. You can email Eric's team of coaches to ask questions and get guidance!

Is There Any Accountability?
We will be checking in with you immediately upon purchase, 5 days in, 10 days in, and at the end of the challenge!

What Equipment Do I Need For Workouts?

The workouts are "gym based" but we offer alternatives for dumbbells and resistance bands. If you have those 2 things, you can complete any of the workouts!

How Long Are The Workouts?

Our workouts are 3-4 days per week for anywhere between 30-45 minutes.

How Customized Are Nutrition Guidelines?

We will give you a calorie goal, protein goal, and a "suggested meal plan" with a list of suggested foods based on our recommendations.

Do You Have Vegan / Vegetarian Guidelines?

Yes, we give guidance for vegan / vegetarian options! When you purchase you will have a list of suggested foods, there will be vegetarian options included! If you have questions, you can contact us coaches as well!

Can I Do This Program If I'm Already A Clubhouse Member or a 1:1 Client?
