No, this is not a program where you will have ongoing accountability. You do have the option to upgrade to extra accountability if you would like, but the one time fee is for the program only!
Can I Do The Pre Written Programs As A Beginner?
Yes! We work in substitutions if we feel a movement is a bit too challenging. You can also choose between a more beginner focused vs advanced focused program.
12 weeks. There will be a new workout program every 4 weeks to keep things fresh and exciting!
For the pre written workouts, usually 30-60minutes depending on the day.
For the personalized one off program, we program the workout for however long you tell us you have available!
How Many Days Per Week Are The Programs?
For the pre written programs, either 3 or 4x per week.
For the personalized program, we will program however many days per week you would like!
Are The Workouts Good For Fat Loss?
Your fat loss is primarily done through your nutrition, that being said, yes these workouts will help you get stronger & build muscle which can aid in getting that "Toned" look!
Do The Workouts Involve Cardio?
These workouts will be a proper strength training workout. This is not like hiit workouts or bootcamp style workouts. The goal is to get stronger, build more muscle definition, and get you on a proper strength program!
How Will I Know How Much Weight To Lift?
We will guide you in the program on how much weight we recommend lifting for every exercise you do!
I'm An Active Clubhouse Member, Do I Get Access To These?
If you're an active Clubhouse member, we have these pre written workout programs already inside & much more!
But, if you would like to pay for a one off personalized workout program, you can certainly do that!
