Will This Be 1:1 Coaching?

You will get a workout program that is pre written but personalized to your experience level and goals. You will also get personalized calories, macros, and a example meal plans along with 100's of recipes!

If you are on the regular Clubhouse membership, you are not assigned a coach, rather our entire team of coaches will be communicating with you for any questions and concerns!

We do have an option to upgrade to 1:1 accountability coaching where you do get assigned a coach 1:1.

What Equipment Do I Need?

All of our workouts are "gym based" but we offer alternatives for dumbbells. If you have dumbbells, you can complete any of our workouts!

How Long Are The Workouts?

Our workouts are 3-4 days per week for anywhere between 15-75 minutes.

When you join, you will be able to pick how long you have to workout and we will recommend a program to you based off of that and your other goals!

Will I Be Assigned A Coach?

Inside of the Clubhouse I have myself and 6 other coaches on my team. With the regular Clubhouse Membership, you don't get assigned "A coach", you get all of our coaches on our team to help you out!

We do have an option to upgrade to 1:1 accountability coaching where you do get assigned a coach 1:1.

How Customized Are Nutrition Guidelines?

First, you will fill out the onboarding process of our app. Second, our app will generate what your calories and macros are based on your information. Third, you will get access to dozens of example meal plans for your calorie range, as well as 100's of recipes you can immediately start using!

Do I Need Facebook To Join?

No, you don't "need" facebook. Our community is inside of a private members only facebook group. As well as a private Discord server if you don't like Facebook. We also have our in app chat with our coaches or email support!

What's The Minimum Commitment?

How Do I Cancel My Plan?

To cancel, you'd just need to head inside the app and cancel before your renewal comes up!

What If I Only Want To Commit For A Month?
