At this time Eric is not taking on any new 1:1 clients. That being said, he has multiple assistant coaches on his team and you will be paired with the coach he feels is a best fit for you!
You will fill out initial onboarding information about your goals, lifestyle, preferences, etc, then Eric will pair you with the coach he feels is a best fit!
How Individualized Are The Nutrition Guidelines?
We will be helping you with exact calories, macros, and example meal plans to follow based on the foods you enjoy eating! This is NOT going to be a "diet" where you have to cut out all of your favorite foods.
Your coach will build a program based on the equipment you have available! ** Must at LEAST have dumbbells!**
Our coaches will work with you to create a sustainable workout program based on your schedule! The workouts can be anywhere from 15-75minutes depending on what fits into your lifestyle!
How Are The Workouts Delivered?
The workouts will be delivered each month via google sheets where you and you coach will have access to!
There will be exact technique videos to show you how to do the exercise correctly, how many sets to do, reps to do, everything to take out all the guesswork!
What Are The Weekly Check Ins?
Each week you will check in with your coach via email to go over the previous week and look ahead to the next week! Your coach will look over your progress and make any necessary adjustments!
You will also have 24/7 access to your coach to email at anytime to help you through anything that comes up!
How Much Weight Will I Lose?
That's obviously a bit tough to predict, but our clients usually lose around .5-2lb per week on average.
This is dependent on how much you have to lose, how consistent you are, amongst other factors!
Do I Have To Pay The Whole 12 Weeks Upfront?
If you want to, sure! If not, you do not have to pay all 12 weeks upfront, you can pay weekly!
